1. Kapil Dev
Kapil Dev, born in Chandigarh, is a former Indian cricketer and captain of the Indian National team that won the 1983 Cricket World Cup. Dev, one of the greatest all-rounders of all time, once held the world record for the most wickets taken in Test cricket.
